How does Online Therapy work

Online seems a logical solution for anyone who wants to keep improving, despite being stuck at home…
So in times of self-isolation due to Corona virus, SARS-CoV-2, Covid-19 online Hypnotherapy sessions are just a very logical solution.

 

Fear and anxiety are running wild at the moment. So if you want to feel more calm, more capable to deal with whatever may come your way and more resourceful while keeping your common sense, then a couple of online hypnotherapy sessions are the way to go.

 

Hypnosis sessions by phone or by Skype give you the ability to have hypnotherapy sessions with the hypnotherapist of your choosing. It makes no difference that you might be thousands of miles away — the moment we begin and you close your eyes, it’s as if you were having an in-office hypnosis session.

 

I offer long-distance skype and phone sessions internationally. Many of our clients are people who travel often for work or have multiple residences. By offering convenient long-distance sessions, I am able to accommodate my clients’ busy schedules.

 

Other clients prefer to have sessions in the comfort of their own home. In doing so, they are able to relax on their favorite couch or chair and wear their most comfortable clothing. Skype and phone sessions give you the same one-on-one attention and quality interaction that in-office sessions do.

 

I often even hypnotize people over the phone or via Skype while they are still at work. Those sessions give you flexibility even if you are a busy business professional. To do this, all you need is privacy and some uninterrupted quiet time. It doesn’t have to be absolutely quiet — just quiet enough. This works best with people who have a couch in their office. As with long-distance home sessions, these sessions are done with either a speaker phone or headset.

There are a few things you need to be aware of for you to get the most out of your session: 

You’ll need a webcam and microphone. The built in ones on a laptop are usually fine. It’s best when you have earphones. The cheap ones or the ones that came with your phone are fine…

 

A good internet connection is a must. Also other members of the household watching Netflix, gaming online, down- or uploading anything will compromise the bandwidth available to you… So it’s best to make sure the available bandwidth is available to you.

 

A quiet room where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. It is your responsibility to make sure that you will be undisturbed.


It’s best to make sure that your pets, children and other members of the household are chilled, happy and suitably supervised so you can fully concentrate.

 

You'll need to download Skype or Whatsapp onto your computer, laptop or cellphone before the session. Which is super easy, costs you nothing and we’re ready to go. When booking I will also ask for your mobile number so I can give you a call.
